Nida P. Channah is an Associate Attorney of Gibbs and Fuerst, LLP and is practicing in the Murrieta office. Ms. Channah obtained her B.A. from Baylor University in Waco, TX in 2014, majoring in Political Science and minoring in English and Corporate Communication. While at Baylor University, Ms. Channah also participated in Baylor University's competitive mock trial team and was on the Dean's Academic Honor List. Following graduation, Ms. Channah attended law school at Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law located in Orange, CA. While in law school, Ms. Channah clerked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office for one year, assisting in trial preparation for multiple homicide and domestic violence cases. Subsequen tly, Ms. Channah clerked at Salisbury Group, Inc. for one year, where she worked primarily in the areas of real estate and real property litigation. Additiona lly, Ms. Channah gained experience teaching a course in mediation at the Riverside Juvenile Hall facility after obtaining her certification in basic mediation training . Ms. Channah graduated from Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2017, and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2018. Ms. Channah currently practices at Gibbs and Fuerst, LLP in the areas of labor and employment, discrimination , public entity defense , professional liability, and general personal injury. In her free time, Ms. Channah spends time creating mixed media art from oil and acrylic mediums and has been painting since 2011.
